Expert Witness
As Arboricultural Expert Witnesses we fully understand the nature of the Civil Procedure Rules and the various professional, ethical and procedural duties required of an expert. We assist in legal cases involving trees or tree related matters including disputes between neighbours, property damage, personal injury and or death, cases involving breaches of legal tree protection and other legislation. We as expert witnesses do not ‘win’ cases, we simply provide evidence based on facts and professional opinion allowing legal council to present a reasonable case.
